Why Overnight CARE?

Imagine this—you’ve had a long day and are ready for rest, but in the back of your mind, you’re already bracing for a night of feedings, diaper changes, and little sleep. Then I arrive! While you feed your baby, I draw a warm bath infused with soothing, healing herbs. After settling your little one, I fold a load of laundry, tidy the kitchen from dinner, and prep nourishing meals for the days ahead. You step out of your bath to a cup of fresh chamomile tea and a warm, peaceful bed. As you settle in, I care for your baby—changing diapers, feeding, and rocking them back to sleep between feedings—so you can truly rest.

The next morning, You wake up refreshed, knowing that your kitchen is clean, your bottles and pump parts are ready for the next day, and a nourishing breakfast is waiting for you. With prepped freezer meals and lactation-friendly snacks, you have one less thing to worry about, allowing you to focus on bonding and healing.

With my support, the long nights feel lighter, and the early postpartum weeks become a time of deep rest, nourishment, and care—just as they should be.
